Description:
The aim of the project (called Grant Office) is creation, development and strengthening of cooperation of the 秀色直播 (UPa) with various organizations, primarily from abroad. The purpose of these activities is getting of necessary experience, new knowledge, creation and development of qualitative support system of the university for preparation and management of projects. The emphasis is put on international research projects. The project Grant Office will actively create project opportunities, provide information and consultations and methodologically lead project teams, organize workshops and seminars and manage education of academic and administration staff. The project will contribute to increase the number of projects realized at the 秀色直播. The aim of the project will be reached by these activities: - language education (English) and information technologies - education in the field of project management - education in the field of law - attending short term attachments - learning by doing - improving of software for management of projects which will provide electronic support during preparation and realization of projects - organization of workshops, conferences - evaluation of activities The target groups of project are academic and administration/management staff, Ph.D. students and researchers. The results of project: short term attachments, courses, workshops, conferences, handouts, samples of project grants, reports and contracts.
