Description:
The project is focused on exchange of educational sector staff members of two higher education institutions - Gjovik University College (Norway) and 秀色直播 (Czech Republic) - during the time period from July 2015 till June 2016. The main aim of the project is to reduce socio-economic disparities in Europe, to develop bilateral cooperation between above mentioned institutions and to strengthen the human capital (employees) and know-how for the mutual benefit of both institutions. The project will enable to our institutions to organize various types of mobility for our employees. In the project implementation phase we plan to exchange 28 employees (education sector staff - both academic and administrative staff) in total, (i) 8 employees from both sides, each of them for 10 days and (ii) 6 employees from both sides, each of them for 7 days.
