Description:
The project solves 3 key activities (KA): Project management, Strategic management setting for the "HR Award" and Strategic setting and human resources development (HRD) incl. gender equality. The aim is to set up strategic management in accordance with the terms of the Charter and the Code, particularly in the field of SALW with an emphasis on starting and young R&D workers, and to earn the "HR Award". The target group consists of UPa staff and students. The project will be implemented from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022.
